Seek Group (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information across all services we offer, including:
Seek2Migrate – Registered Migration Agent services regulated by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA)
Seek Education Solutions – Education consulting services, including advice on study pathways, enrolments, skills assessment guidance, and related services for students, as well as consultancy and advisory services to education providers.
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and, where applicable, the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.

3.1 Personal Information (applies to all services)

- Identification details (passport, driver’s licence)

- Financial information relevant to your application or enrolment

- Health information (where relevant to visa or enrolment requirements)
- Criminal history checks or police clearance reports
- Ethnic origin, where necessary for application purposes

Purpose of Collection and Use
5.1 Shared Purposes (Both Brands)
- We collect and use your personal information to:
- Provide our services and respond to enquiries
- Prepare and submit applications on your behalf
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

5.2 Additional Purposes – Seek2Migrate
- To comply with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct, including retaining files for a minimum of seven (7) years
- To liaise with the Department of Home Affairs, skills assessing authorities, and other migration-related entities
- To securely handle sensitive immigration data, including cross-border disclosures in accordance with APP 8
5.3 Additional Purposes – Seek Education Solutions
- To liaise with CRICOS-registered institutions, OSHC providers, skills assessment bodies, and other education-related service providers
- To facilitate course enrolments and visa-related documentation for study purposes
Disclosure of Information
We may disclose your personal information:
- To government agencies, education institutions, translators, and other service providers necessary to deliver our services
- To third parties you authorise
- As required or authorised by law
- We do not sell or rent personal information
- Cross-Border Disclosure: Where your personal information is disclosed overseas (e.g., to education institutions, skills assessment bodies, or foreign governments), we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles your information in accordance with the APPs

Secure document destruction processes - Retention Periods:
- Seek2Migrate: Minimum of seven (7) years, as required by OMARA
- Seek Education Solutions: Retained only as long as necessary to fulfil service or legal requirements
