Seek2Migrate – Registered Migration Agent services regulated by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA)

  • To securely handle sensitive immigration data, including cross-border disclosures in accordance with APP 8

5.3 Additional Purposes – Seek Education Solutions

  • To liaise with CRICOS-registered institutions, OSHC providers, skills assessment bodies, and other education-related service providers
  • To facilitate course enrolments and visa-related documentation for study purposes

Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your personal information:

  • To government agencies, education institutions, translators, and other service providers necessary to deliver our services

  • As required or authorised by law
